In the summer of 1964, the Millard Jaycees hosted an afternoon barbcue in the park to celebrate a successful charter year. Now nearly 50 years later, Millard Days is a full week of activities, including parade, carshow, carnival and Family day activities. Millard Days organized by a committee of several Millard area groups.

One of the most popular events at Millard Days, this traditional event features two hours of bands, clowns, Shriners, old cars, floats, politicians, dancers, and fun. Thousands of people begin lining the streets of Millard early Saturday morning to claim the best seats.
The Parade starts at 11:00 am and runs along Millard Avenue from 132nd Street to P Street.

The annual Millard Days Autoshow has become a very popular event. The Autoshow is open on Sunday and is located on the cobblestoned 136th St

Located south of the Omaha Police Station (13605 Millard Ave) in the large white tent, Family Fun and Safety Day promises to provide a day filled with fun activities and entertainment for the entire family. The Horseshoe tournament is a perennial favorite during Millard Days. The tournament starts promptly at 11:00 am. with registration beginning at 10:00 am on the ball field closest to the activity tent. Contact Dave Embrey
Due to power and space constraint space is limited to 6 food and 6 vendor spaces. Applications deadline is June 30th. The spaces fill quickly so apply early.
